So I have a confession. I’m slightly {possibly majorly} obsessed with buying swimsuits. I just love them. I could never have too many. But honestly, I have enough to wear a new one on at least a month long vacation, and let’s be real, when will I ever be able to take that lol? Well, at least I’ll be prepared if that day ever does come haha!
Here are my recent favorite swim looks that I brought to Bermuda with me. Being 5’10”, it’s not easy to find high-waisted bottoms that don’t look silly on me, or to find a one piece that I don’t have to hunch over to wear because the straps aren’t adjustable lol. I was SO happy that I found a few great one pieces and a new high waisted bottom that I’m obsessed with before this trip so I could indulge in those trends! Couple low-rise bikinis thrown in too for good measure! 🙂
I feel like a lot of times one piece or high waisted swimsuits actually accentuate the belly and I’m really self conscious about that. All of these are super flattering due to either cinching or cutouts or textured material so you can rest assured these will look and feel great! Most of these one pieces are also adjustable to make sure they fit every body perfectly. It’s so important to feel comfortable in a swimsuit so that you can have fun and enjoy your vacation or beach or pool day, and I really felt so confident in all of these! So who’s ready to hit the pool or beach with me for MDW?? 😉
Textured High Waisted Bottoms {wearing size small – linked one with a belt as the plain sold out in this color. Here is the same bottom in other colors without the belt} // Brown Knotted Top {size small – I will note, this has no lining or padding of any sort, so if you are bigger chested, this might not be the ideal top…definitely mix something else with these neutral bottoms though!} // Bolero/Kimono // Pearl Sandals // Silk Hair Scarf // Earrings // Clear Tote {comes with the silver inner pouch to hide & organize your smaller items}
Eyelet Halter One Piece Swimsuit/Bodysuit {wear it two ways! – I’m wearing size small, but I went back and forth about 100 times deciding between the small and medium, the medium was a little baggier in the bottom area, despite my fairly generous tush lol and I felt it had too much fabric in the front so I went with the small – again, this has no support in the bust area so just want to note that!} // Frayed High Waisted Shorts {size small} // White Slides // Resin Shell Earrings // Beach Bag {sold out, but check out my Day Bags Post here for other great options!}
Shimmery Deep V One-Piece {wearing size small – has adjustable straps} // Frayed High Waisted Shorts {size small} // Bolero/Kimono // Cat Eye Sunnies {mine are very vintage so linked similar here} // Pearl Sandals // Earrings // Clear Tote {comes with the silver inner pouch to hide & organize your smaller items}
Leopard Macrame Triangle Top {size small} // Black String Bottoms {I didn’t love the bottoms that paired with this suit on me personally – linking them here if you prefer to match – but loved the top, so I just paired with a simple black bottom I had like this one linked!} // Woven Kimono // Thong Sandals // Earrings {mine sold out but linked almost identical nicer pair here} // Leopard Hair Scarf {mine sold out so I linked similar}
Copper Cutout One Piece {size medium} // Kimono // Clear Tote {comes with the silver inner pouch to hide & organize your smaller items} // White Slides
Didn’t get any pics in this one on the trip because we were busy snorkeling lol, but I had this photo I had texted to Marc from when I first got it. Always need the hubs approval on bathing suits lol 🙂 I absolutely love it. It’s so comfortable, flattering & a great price. I’ve always loved Billabong bikinis {and clothes} because they fit great & in my dream life I’m a surfer girl living in Hawaii so all their stuff makes me feel I’m living that life haha!
Yellow Triangle Bikini Top {small} // Yellow Side Tie Bikini Bottom {small}
Floral Ruffle Bikini Top {size small – I wish I had gone to the medium though as the back rides up a little bit on me} // Floral Ruffle Bikini Bottom {size medium} // Tassel Earrings // Thong Sandals
I didn’t get to wear this one on the trip sadly, but I love it so took a couple snaps in it at home the day we got back & unpacked. Can’t wait to wear it to the pool once it opens up next weekend! 🙂
Pastel Floral Bikini Top with Polka Dot Tie {size small – this tie is removable if you prefer not to use it, I liked that it added another pattern and the cinch at the bust is very flattering} // Pastel Floral Side Tie Bikini Bottom {small}
